Read Jack Kelly's marvelous May 2 post in "Irish Pennants," linked here, on the USS New York, a warship under construction and due for completion in 2007. The ship is being built with steel from the World Trade Center and is "designed for missions that include special operations against terrorists."Now, that's poetry.
